| There are a lot that have optical viewfinders...though they tend to be on expensive, higher-end cameras. My 5 year old Sony V3 has one (still get these on ebay for about $100), but if you want bigger and better, then get a more classical D-SLR type. Just ask at a store or Google for them.

I have a Dell Vostro laptop, XP SP3 and some stuff: For example, an internal Litey clone, an external Lite-On 1635SU, & a BenQ EW 164B which is the  est thing. My old stay-home desktop machine has an older LG and an antique Plextor. There´s a Mac G4 lying around too...still not sure what to do with that yet  . Just picked up a great netbook: the MSI Wind U100-L which has NO OPTICAL DRIVE  but at least it´s black  Finally, a Cube Reaction...which is a mountain bike <-- looks good and goes like the clappers (can I call it an "optical drive"?) | Thanks guys.After a further exhaustive search trawling through the different brands i have found that Canon have a few reasonably priced cameras with optic viewfinder. For anyone interested........Canon A1100 12MP/ Isus85IS 10MP / A560 7MP / A590 8MP. Also Sony have P200 7MP. All between £90 and £150. I have settled on the ISUS85IS 10MP 2.5in LCD at £144.99 from Amazon UK,it's shirt pocket size.  |
