my main source for computer related purchases, competitive prices and I've never had any problems after numerous orders (knock wood)...and being that I live in SoCal if my order is shipped from the City of Industry warehouse 90% of the time I'll get it the next day using standard ground shipping

These guys are the best...some times I pay a little extra just because of their customer service.

Yo-

All my basic computer parts research starts with Newegg and the customer ratings - which if good - I then "Copy" and then "Paste" the identity to Google and search for best price - usually Newegg will be equal or lower than anyone else - then I make my purchase decision (Most of the time it's from Newegg)-eh!!

Good competitive prices at Newegg. Their customer service is eggellent when having to RMA a component.

Most of my components come from the Egg with absolutely no complaints as of yet. In fact
I am currently waiting for a motherboard and cpu combo and a case with a power supply
and cpu combo.

I almost exlusively order parts for all my builds from Newegg and had never had a problem with ordering, or delivery. My only concern with the Egg is that they make you pay for shipping if you have to return something if defective. It is not the customers fault if a part is defective.

Other than the above, all transactions have been perfect.

These days my purchasing generally begins by browsing Newegg for the available hardware, checking the customer reviews for obvious gotchas, then checking prices at ChiefValue (which IS Newegg on the East Coast). Often there are pricing and shipping differentials on items. Then I check Google & Pricewatch, pretty much always find nobody is more than $1 or $2 cheaper, and make my orders at Newegg/ChiefValue...

I've been using them for five or six years without a single complaint, and yes, I've returned stuff. The charge was re-posted to my account within 24hrs of the product hitting their door.

Solid company.

Newegg has been good overall but for some reason they usually take 2-3 days to process my credit card even though the billing and shipping address is the same. The real killer for me now is that they have apparently opened a warehouse in my state. Thats good for fast shipping but bad because of 9.75% sales tax---bummer! 10% can add up fast for a large order.

I have had nothing but good experiences with newegg, been using them since 2004. Even when there was an issue with a package being lost they were quick to respond and get it fixed.

Great retailer...my favorite on the planet.
I get most of my components from the egg and their service has always been excellent.
On a rare occasion I have to RMA a part...never had a problem.

Once I ordered the wrong DVI cable (female to male when I needed male to male). Totally my fault. I wanted to RMA the cable figuring I'd lose a few bucks on shipping, but still worth it.
They told me not to bother...just keep it.

Newegg shipped out the correct cable at no charge, no charge for shipping either even though it wasn't a "free-shipping" item.
It doesn't get much better...

Hello all,
Newegg ROCKS! My only "complaint" is the $2.99 "Rush Order". The only thing that was rushed was how fast it was applied to my charge card. LOL

The service was with no complaints.

Only issue I've had was with a slightly broken dvd cake box, but all was fine. I have yet to have had to deal with customer service, but I doubt I'd have any problems based on what I've heard. Free Shipping and combo deals are a nice touch. Not a half bad site to shop for video games either, especially for newer titles that are full price everywhere else.

My purchases have always shipped the same day or next day depending on time of day I ordered. A few years ago I sent them an email thanking them for the great service and a few days later, FedEx delivered a free T-shirt from NewEgg.

The only complaint I've ever had relating at all to Newegg was UPS's fault. The delivered a monitor to my neighbor's house instead of mine. It was my first order from the 'egg. I've had 28 more since. Does that tell you anything?

I love life...Yeah, I'm sad, but at the same time, I'm really happy that something could make me feel that sad. It's like...It makes me feel alive, you know. It makes me feel human. The only way I could feel this sad now is if I felt something really good before. So I have to take the bad with the good. So I guess what I'm feeling is like a beautiful sadness.

Courage and perseverance have a magical talisman, before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into air.

I am so glad that GWB's 8 year COD game is finally over.

The most important things are the hardest to say. They are the things you get ashamed of, because words diminish them-words shrink things that seemed limitless when in your head to no more than living size when they're brought out. But it's more than that, isn't it? The most important things lie close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you've said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while saying it. That's the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a teller but for the want of an understanding ear. - Stephen King, intro to "The Body."

6 of 9 recent purchases were from Newegg - went without a hitch & it's also the first place I look, as others only come close in price (I love when they add free shipping)
