The finished results when converting under the pre fixed settings has a larger than normal black top and bottom border. The videos I purchased from Itunes did not have the

I was hoping to get some suggestions on making the picture larger when converting region 1 dvd widescreens to IPOD. The finished results when converting under the pre fixed settings has a larger than normal black top and bottom border. The videos I purchased from Itunes did not have the border.

The apple Ipod screen is not a widescreen format. So with DVDFab your going to get a full widescreen version of the movie if the movie is originally wide screen. You will get the full view of the movie but with bars on top and bottom. Currently DVDFab does not have a way to zoom and crop as an option but hey maybe in a future version. The movies you download are not full widescreen but have been zoomed and cropped to fit the Ipod screen.
