Allora se hai un solo HD devi crearti una nuova partizione. Dopo di che col ghost ti crei una immagine sulla partizione appena creata. Salvi il tutto su cd.Magari creando un cd di boot.
Dopo tutto questo la partizione, che hai creato per farti l'immagine, la puoi anche eliminare.
Se hai problemi fammi sapere.
