I wonder what audio format it will be released with? Your link just says dolby. Hopefully it will be TrueHD and not DD+ like the HD-DVD version. Nothing wrong with DD+ but I find TrueHD and DTS HD sounds much better. __________________

Cool thanks.
Looks like a lot more extra features than the HD version. More space I guess. __________________

The extras are on DVD, unless this release is different than the HD-DVD. So the available space would be the same on disc 2. I'd hope that this release uses a better transfer than the HD-DVD, but I doubt it. PQ is average on the HD-DVD.Quote:Cool thanks.

You made me me go look.
Yep you are right just the easter eggs are new I guess. I read something a while ago about movie producers looking at using less grain in new movies. It just doesn't look good on HD and should make the PQ better.
Bob. Just interested in the difference between HD and BD.__________________

Not that young
My tastes are extremely vast, so you'll have a tough time trying to hit the nail on the head. I'll never let the kid in me disappear.

Most of those Easter Eggs can be found on the HD-DVD version. Not really worried about the other extras so I will stick with my good 'ol HD-DVD release.

hehe, I think I'm quite old now (not as old as you I believe) but I still love these kind of movies.Quote:Don't take this wrong but you guys must be younger than i thought to be excited about a Transformers movie.....*ducks and runs*
I own and watched the HD DVD version of Transformers but I'm excited to have it in blu-ray. Also Iron Man, can't wait for it to be released in a few months.
