There are rotating TV tables out there, the question is how much do you want to spend. The good quality ones usually cost a bit more.

You could also buy a T.V. stand and then find a Swivel Base that will support your T.V dimensions and weight. This will probably be a cheaper route to go. But this all depends on how much you want to spend and the quality you expect.
