Free Third Party Plugin Download

Here is two links and one .dll file and I'll explain the .dll file after the links.

The authors of the Machinist2 updated to 2.1 so I suggest that everyone who has
the machinist installed go and update that to ensure they do not have any problems. It could of fixed some small bugs and issues so start there. http://www.platinumripper.com/Machinist2.1.setup.exe

Now for the .dll file how to......

1. Download the zip file and extract the zip to your desktop.

2. Now you'll see a file labeled "machinist2.dll".

3. Now just copy the .dll and paste it into your DVD neXt COPY Folder and you can now backup decrypted movies.

under programs you will find a DVDneXtCOPY file. Double click that to open it up and then you drag and drop the machinist2.dll and place it along with the rest of the dll that were installed along with DVDneXtCOPY

No machinist works with DNC products on 64bit systems. The other member was asking about a program that DNC does not make and should not have even posted that in this sub-forum to begin with

Link to .exe updated as there was a machinist2 update. The .dll is for the original version only.

Re: Free Third Party Plugin Download

Your anti-software is stopping it. Please turn this off to install or make it allowable in the anti program stopping it.

Which plugin for NextTech

On the platinum ripper sight it, it says to use the other plug-in for NextTech. Should I be using it or the Machinist2?

THanks - Allen

download the Libdvdcss-2.dll

don't follow the below steps install dnc then right click the icon and select open file location now drag and drop the Libdvdcss-2.dll in the folder all done.
or navaigate to c:/programs 86 dvdnextcopy and open the folder from there and copy the ddl into the folder.

NOTE: This Libdvdcss-2.dll is to be used in DVD neXt COPY neXt Tech, Version V4.4.7.5, or later.

Libdvdcss-2.dll is a cross-platform library for transparent DVD device access with on-the-fly CSS decryption. It is used by libdvdread and most DVD players such as VLC because of its portability and because, unlike similar libraries, it does not require your DVD drive to be region locked.

Here are some key features of "libdvdcss":
• Simplicity. There are currently 7 functions in the API.
• Freedom. libdvdcss is released under the General Public License, ensuring it will stay free.
• Just better. Unlike most similar projects, libdvdcss doesn't require the region of your drive to be set.

To install Libdvdcss-2.dll follow these steps...

1. Click to download below.
2. Click on Save.
3. In the Save in field at the top of that window, browse to C drive\Program Files\DVDneXtCOPYneXtTech and click Save. DO NOT TRY TO RUN THE DLL, JUST SAVE IT TO THE DVDneXtCOPYneXtTech DIRECTORY FOLDER.
4. When you click on Save you will be told the libdvdcss-2.dll already exists and asked if you want to replace it. Click on Yes. Click on Close, in the Download complete window.
5. Reboot your computer and run the DVD neXt COPY software. You will now be able go to Settings and the Copy Tab to select the libdvdcss-2.dll as one of your decrypters.

Thanks I will give that a try. I had read a couple of places that I may need to remove the "-2" at the end of the filename.
