Re: Crucial RealSSD C300 128GB SSD Review

Looks like the OCZ Vertex 2 beats it in most but not all of the tests and the
price is probably cheaper than the Crucial RealSSD. I guess if the SATA 6Gbps
connection was working correctly then it would probably more than likely be
quite a bit faster than the OCZ Vertex 2 maybe.

Reading speeds would certainly be faster, writing speeds, no.

Yo Wendy-

Thank you SO much for this great review.

Based on it and getting a really good deal - I bought one this morning - new in the box - same model number - 128Gb - for $180 shipped - which I consider quite a deal for a SATA III SSD addition to my new i7-2600 system.
(btw - I'm gonna run mine at SATA III - how can I tell that the Trim feature is running?).

Thanks again.

Old screenshot but it tells you that TRIM is supported.

For those few that are not familiar with the slang expression "bra"-

It is a common English slang term for "brother" probably originating in Hawaii-eh.
