Visual C++ Runtime problem

DVDFab / DVD Region+CSS Free Discuss, Visual C++ Runtime problem at Movie copy software forum; Hi all. since updating to version 5, when starting the programme it crashes stating that it has caused t Visual C++ runtime to close in an unusual way. Does this every time the programme starts.

A couple of things for you to try.

1st locate a post by StormJumer then follow the directions in his signature for doing a clean un-install of Fab.
2nd download from http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm the latest version of Fab (there are actually 2 version of fab, 1 is the css version and the 2nd one is the noncss version which has a problem that Fengtao is working on now). Install this version to see if it helps.

I'm having the same problem and don't see anything in Stormjumper's signature on how to properly uninstall DVDfab.

I'm in the middle of updating the guide for XP to reflect the changes made by v6 however in the mean time you can try the old guide, the link is below...please note you will need to re-enter your reg key which I suggest you do so by just double clicking on the reg key that was sent as an attachment not the manual way.
