Unlock Key doesnt work

latest version 6.0.1.0
Clean installed on Vista for first time
Requested key to email.
Entered my key (lifetime license for DVD->DVD & DVD->Mobile)
Only the DVD->DVD option is unlocked
The DVD->Mobile is still Trial User

Email says doubleclick the attachement: key.DVDFab6
Nothing happens (extension doesnt seem to be registered in Vista, so not surprsing)

Not Impressed - Any ideas?

Request the key again and be sure that you selected version 6.x in the drop down options at
http://www.dvdfab.com/retrieveregkey.htm

then copy and paste the key

And please select DVD Fab V6 All in One Key.

Copying & pasting from the email was the first thing I tried. The DVD->DVD went "Never Expires" but the DVD->Mobile stayed "Trial". I do have an all in one key (the email lists both options).

I did request an "All In One Key" but still ended up with two emails with the recently purchased Bluray Option key in the second email (I think because my registered name is slightly different from the original purchase, even though the email address is the same).

In the end I double-clicked the key attachment and told windows to run it with DVDFab.exe and that did seem to work. Looks like the DVDFab installer doesn't register the key extension like it should to.

Looks like I have the same problem, the DVD-DVD is lifetime, the DVD-Mobile is trial user. I double clicked the key and copy-pasted several times, still trial user on the mobile option.
Still I'm not too worried, I have never used that option and probably never will.
If I ever do, and DVDFab is still around, then I will deal with it, or the lads will come out with another key. Either way, I only ever wanted to copy disks anyway.

edit, I have received the 6x "all in one key" three times and have tried the "open with DVDFab 6" option as well as "copy-pasted, both from the email and the key itself.

i'm having a similar problem except my issue is the when i update my serial key from version 5 to 6 everything goes great but when i check to see if the correct key is installed version 5 is in the " enter serail" portion and not version 6. Does anyone else have and installer.exe problem and if yes how do you fix this problem
