Hi,

I have downloaded the trial version of DVD Fab (3.1.7.3 Beta) and am having trouble trying to copy some DVDs.

The first problem I get is that when selecting the source I have to browse to the VIDEO_TS folder on the DVD for it to pick up the video. Is that as designed?

Then when I try to do a Main Movie copy it fails as follows:

Copy Process Started
Task_1 failed! Error=400(39 5 1 0 2 3 2)

I have tried this with 2 DVDs and get the same problem?

What could be the problem?

Thanks.

I have the same problem, specifically with "Happy Feet", (error=400(10 7 25103 25102) while using 3.1.7.4 this however is an improvement from .0 release which would just hang.

Any ideas?

*edit error code

The Source should be your burner ect. drive D or whatever the number is and the target should be the same if you are only using one burner

I am having the same problem only when using my SATA drives as source. This link has screen shots of the error.
