| Renewal My license to DVD Copy just expired and I am having trouble renewing my license. I have gone to the member center and entered my email address so I can be sent instructions on how to set up an account. The trouble is I never receive an email back. I have checked my junk mail folder and it is not in there. I have entered my email multiple times and have never gotten the first email back. Can anyone help? Thanks Jabe |

| Well I sent Fengtao a PM over a week ago and I still haven't received a response back, anyone here have any ideas? |

| Sorry to hear that he didn't reply back  Since they are pretty busy he may not have logged on to read any PM, have you tried this... http://www.dvdfab.com/contact.htm All I can say is to keep trying because dvdfab's main support is the only one that can help solve this registration issues. |
