My Registration Key does not work with new version (3.x)

I have never had a problem prior to me installing the DVD Fab on my laptop again. Here is what is going on:
1. I purchased several movies.
2. I burned all of them with DVD Fab
3. I tried to make copies of the burned discs.
4. DVD Fab and even Nero are stating unable to read disc.

Please advise. I am able to make copies of my existing copies of very old discs that I made last year.

Sounds like cheap low grade media to me. Download CD-DVD Speed (it's free) and so is winaspi32.dll Put them both in the same folder and check the media id (MID) for the disc in your drive.

If you have Nero then go to the tools section.

Try downloading the program from this site and make sure you have your V3 Key.

ok i just did superman doomsday right now of a copy that i already made:
it gets to about 98% and then says:

Error while reading! Please choose what to do?
Retry Abort Ignore Ignore All

I am using Verbatim and have never had a problem with these DVDs. They are from the same pack that I had when it was working a couple of months ago just fine. I used Verbatim DVDs all the time.

Try downloading the program from this site and make sure you have your V3 Key.

Is it just this one disc or have you had problem with others also? To make a copy of a copy I would use the Clone Mode in Fab.

i have had issues with every dvd that i have done recently:
superman doomsday, knocked up, the condemned, wild hogs, because i said so, etc.

here is the exact error that i receive when i clicked on abort on the previous msg:

ok i downloaded the above version that you attached. it is still not reading my disk properly it is taking a while for the green bar to go across that scans the disk originally. also my drive is making a strange sound too when it does that.

Then the problem must be with your drive or that batch of discs you are using.

I am a registered user of DVDFab Verson 2.9.8.3. My existing registration key will not work with the newly downloaded version (3.2.1.1). I have been trying to contact DVDFab support via e-mail and I get no response. I have tried many times to get a new key, but never get any resposes. When I enter in my original dev_fab_Key it does not work. I purchsed this software a while back and never had to contact any one for help. Have been very pleases with the product but find now you can not get any help. Is there anyway I can get some help!

You have to get a new key for ver 3 because ver 2 keys will not work. There is no charge for the new key, but you will need to use same email address that was used to order ver 2. Fengtao's data for auto retrieve is setup by email addresses. If email address has changed you can change it online, but may take 24 hours until database is updated. It has been close to a year since 3 was released and and ver 2 was no longer sold on the official site and affiliates. Since this is so old you may need to PM fengtao your order number. At the time ver 2 was sold you would have used Element5 or Regnow to pay so you should have an email from one of them. Always save those emails, I keep mine at several places including sending a copy to myself at a gmail account.

Also check your spam folder as a lot of ISP's block mail from China
