forched subtitles poor audio with Hd back up

have tried varios types of software (dvd decrypter, shrink etc.) and now platnium to rip by dvd collection to by hard drive so that I may watch them over my network. Windows media player 11 is my default player. When I have tried to use clone and other tools the media player does not reconize them. When I use generic or xbox 360 I will get forced subtitles and play back will be poor, choppy and often freeze and skip. I'm becomming very fusterated and good help will be mush appreicated

Use generic.xvid.audiocopy profile and install FFDShow codec on your system.

The subtitles are selected by you, so make sure you turn them all off and also make sure that you select the Dolby Digital soundtrack that you want.

Thanks for the advice. Subtitles are gone but, play back is very pixelated. Do you recomend using a diffrent software. Thanks Again
