I put the PC game in & blank DVD in & selct the "clone" option. DVDFab either does

After my 5 year old son snapped 2 of my PC games trying to remove them from the box & have decided to clone my current PC games to protect my investments. I put the PC game in & blank DVD in & selct the "clone" option. DVDFab either does not recognise the blank disc & wont start the process or it will finish the enter process as being successful but the disc is still blank????
Please help.
