Unfortunately I still get an error 300 when trying to split a DVD.
Example: Lost S2, StarWars 6,...

Hi Pianoman, maybe you use a special CGP in version 4, which is not available in version 5? Please check CGP setting in "Settings -> DVD to DVD -> Split", and choose "DVDFab" as default CGP to see the result.

Since I bought DVDFab Platinum V4 on 4/30/08, I should be licensed to use both DVDFab Platinum 5.0.2.0 and the mobile option.

What is the exact process to download and register the new verisons?

I also continue to get error=300 when splitting. After I set Default CGP to DVDFab.

I have tried DVD disc, DVD folder, DVD image as source, and "DVDFab", "Black Screen" as CGP, all is working ok in "Split" mode. Does anyone else has this problem?

Possible Bug: 2-Pass Converting did not work (generic). After first pass time and fps counts normal, but no beginning of second pass.

One pass converting works fine.

(2-Pass converting works fine with 5.0.1.5 beta)

my update exe file says that the latest update is 4.0.1.2 (running latest 5.0 beta though)

trying to update from the "check for updates" causes error and shutdown

Will download when i get home tonight.

ok now that some of the smoke has cleared........i take it that if you don't have a key for Mobile then it is grayed out? Or just not there?

I did a clean uninstall/reinstall DVDFab 5.0.2.0. You're right, 2-Pass worked fine. But with a 4 minutes chapter now i have to wait 30-60 seconds, then second pass is started. (5.0.1.5 and all older versions needs no pause). In the moment subpics shown with poor quality. I do some more test later in the evening. Maybe the reason is the source.

There was truly some bad sub/cluts with wrong color settings in original files on HD. SORRY!

2- Pass worked now, except the pause between passes. Some titles have a pause with one pass at the end before conversation is ready.
It seems different results if cropped or not cropped.

That things are new for me, so sorry for the false alarms from me.

well fengtao and ting you guys rock but im having problems with the psp convertion i get an error saying to send ifo i thought that option was removed but it doesnt even encode at all please help
