So, what could be wrong?

This is my system:
Windows XP/2002 Professional Media Center 5.01.2600 (Service Pack 2)
Dell Computer Corp. 82945G/GZ/P/PL Processor to I/O Controller
FSB 4x 200MHz (800MHz)
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.40GHz (Dual-Core)
2GB DDR2-SDRAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro
Xbox 360 HD DVD Drive
PowerDVD Ultra 7.2

So far, all I did is to reinstall the Toshiba driver and restart the system - but to no avail. Perhaps the above information will help further. If you need more info, please let me know.

Are you trying to rip the HD DVD with the Toshiba driver or your XBox HD DVD drive
You said you have tried reinstalling the Toshiba driver so it is unclear which one you are trying to use and if it is the Toshiba driver does it support HD DVD

With "Toshiba driver" I meant the TOSHIBA HD DVD File System Driver for Windows XP (thdudf.inf) which installs the Xbox 360 HD DVD Player. What I am trying to do is ripping an HD DVD (e.g. "King Kong") with the Xbox 360 using DVDFab HD Decrypter. As I said playing the HD DVD with PowerDVD Ultra is no problem. The problem is, although the UDF driver (thdudf.inf) is installed, the files of the HD DVD are still not visible in Windows which is the reason why DVDFab HD Decrypter cannot find the disc. Obviously, the UDF driver wasn't installed properly, although I reinstalled it several times. The question is now, how can I install this UDF driver properly, so that the Decrypter can recognize the disc?

Add "The Fugitive" to the list
Rip to harddrive no problem but could not play via PowerDVD

My PC play HD-DVD movies from harddrive is much smoother than play direct from disc - got studder/freezing sometimes

Thanks
Thuan

Anyone here has these titles play from hard drive successful?
Am I missing something ?

BTW: They're played fine from the disc
