Hi,

Error 4096 means: one of .IFO files cannot be read, so DVDFab cannot get the DVD information.

Please try to clean the disc, or the disc is bad and you need to replace it.

I have also received that error, with several movies even with a new movie and when I try to rip it with dvd decrypter it works well.

I just downloaded the DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.7.3 Beta and it happens the same thing.

Btw, Do I have to uninstall the previous version before installing the newer version ?

Do you have any suggestion ?
