I have the same problem i purchased mine in February and now that site is down and i cant download anywhere without getting the free trial version. It used to direct you to dvd idle and updates are no longer avail there so i went to just dvd.fab and now my key wont work. Does anybody know if that site is going back up or did they just take our money and run?

do you have suggestions on which website to buy from and will it work like dvd.fab platinum that i orginally purchased i just dont want to throw good money after bad

i have to agree on this as dvd.idle let us do updates for i dont know how long and then they cut us off i have a valid receipt and where they took it out on my mastercard and when i send them e-mail they tell me i didnt buy from them and give me the trial version which doesnt do squat

If you bought your licence from dvdfab.co.uk after the date specified then you bought it from someone who wasn't authorised to sell it to you (i.e. your licence is invalid) and you should take up issues such as obtaining a refund with the vendor.

If you want to use the latest version of the program and be entitled to updates, you will need to purchase a licence from a legitimate source.
