| Super, I'll test the subtitle and playback fix for WMV tonight. This has been bugging me for ages. Since you're working on WMV... maybe time for some 5.1 goodness  .Thanks for keeping at it. It is by far one of the best tools I bought over the last few years. |

| great work but I having problem burning verb +r DL using VSO burn engine. The backup will not play in dvd player but plays fine on computer. Here's burn log. Will be reinstalling v5.0.8.5 as I had no problem with DL using VSO with that version |

| Give ImgBurn a try as the burning engine. Also you might try burning at 4x. |

| Hi Guys, Great job on the software. I am looking to back up my Blu-Rays. Can this be done with DVD Fab HD? I've been informed that DVD Fab HD has problems with seeing discs that were inserted into the drive particularly the BD+ discs. As a result people are recommending AnyDVD. However, AnyDVD does not have any means of compressing a movie say from 50Gb to 25Gb or any means of elliminating content that you don't want on your backup. Is that something that DVD Fab HD can do or will in the near future? Thank You for reading Tom. |
| Double posting ? DVDFAB HD can't do HD or Blu Ray at this time but I think maybe in the future it might, Also there are many post on this subject so please read a few threads on this by going to the search and BTW welcome to the forum

| Thanks guys for the reply and the welcome!  I figured that it might be something like that but still wanted to ask because I was wondering if thats something thats being considered in the future releases of DVD FAB. I happen to like FAB alot and if it were to include Blu-Ray backing particularly with features to compress and elleminate content like Shrink then it would truly kick AnyDVDs ass! Not to mention being the proggie of choice for all backing. That being said I absolutely have no understanding about how much work must be going into a software such as this and all the challenges that come with making it all work. Thus far I'm really impressed and am looking forward to future versions and features. Best, Tom |
