News: DVDFab 5.0.4.5 Beta is out

Sorry, Jimbo, I jumped in before I read your post and reply.

anyone? i got Weiners starring Keenan Thompson a few weeks ago and DVD Fab at the time couldn't turn off the protection. If anyone can buy this to try it or something,i'd appreciate you letting me know the outcome. I don't want to rebuy it unless i know it's going to work. Thanks.

Weiners was no problem with DVDFab ver 5.0.3.0 and burn with imageburn, the vso burner would not work for me most of the time with the last 4 updates.

hiya signals- you're worth your wieght in gold. the suggestion was spot on the mark and now i'm back in my happy place lol..i work in a mine in central queensland, australia where there is quite a few people who play around with the same issue's (video editing,etc) so i will be letting anyone who will listen know about this fantastic product and the support behind it. just one suggestion- paste a link to this forum in the tutorial for newbies so they have some-where to go and don't give up to easily.cheer's- dusty!!

p.s. signals- if yourself or any-one are reading this are sports nuts please go to you tube and type in state of origin_the recent years_version II. australia,s version of football played with bugger all padding but heaps of heart between queensland in the maroon colour,s (yeah) and new south wales in the blue (booooo hiss) a concept that started in 1980 with normally 3 games per year that has led to a statistical anomally with games won and point,s differential that is neck and neck after 28 year,s.... amazing. anyway the final for this year is tonight and i,m excited- what,s that about video editing- o,kay i,ll pull my head in now!!!!!

to those that answered my Weiners DVD question,i do believe it was 5.0.3.0 that i used to copy. it went up to like 60-70% in that area and wouldn't go further. When i looked at the info tab of that DVD it had a lot of fake files in there,as Sony does quite often. I sent the files to Fengtao so i was hoping by now it would work,but if it does work by now i might try re-buying that soon. Thanks.

AHA! I thought it was just me. It was in version 5020 or 5022 (not sure which one) I wasn't able to burn, so just for kicks, I tried to it with Imageburn and it burned just fine.
Again, one can't have too many copying/burning options as, if one doesn't cooperate, then the other ones usually will.
Oh ya, 5045 beta works just fine, even the preview function, no problems. I am now downloading 5050...........

yeah but the problem was not burning with that dvd because i didn't get that far. it simply stopped copying at 70% due to the protection. But if you are absolutely sure that this current version worked on Weiners,i;ll try buying it again soon. Thanks again.

Sorry, I made the comment on the VSO burning engine not working all the time, but it wasn't on the DVD "Wieners", it was on another movie entirely.
What I meant was that with DVDFab being able to use different burning engines, there hasn't been DVD s I have not been able to backup....Yet.
Again, I haven't tried Wieners, as I don't have that movie.
