If you have a vaild key all you have to do is download and install, you can always revert to the V3 if not satified, your key is good for either version.

I found DVDFab 3.2.1.0 didn't seem to like Disc 1 of the new Battlestar Galactica Season 3 series that's just been released. Hadn't got around to trying out the 4.0.0.0 Beta previously, and wasn't disappointed

Try force-enabling PathPlayer (the bottom option) in Common Settings.

The old icon was better.

I hate the monkey, it makes it look like shareware crap, when the program is indeed much much superior to it.

slipknot666, i was refering to DVDFab and not AnyDVD. I was already aware of this for AnyDVD, but why should i post in DVDFab forum when i want to talk about AnyDVD?

The proggie doesn't pass the parameters to Nero 8 and Nero 7 fails as well (tried both). Nero 8 just comes up as if you had only clicked its executable, telling you the parameters.

The VSO engine just doesn't burn right for me and my DVD player chokes on all discs. I am using a Lite On SHW-160P6S external burner that WAS working with 3.2.1. 3.2.1 doesn't pass the parameters to Nero 8 either.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi:

I have tried both versions, 3.2.1.0 and 4.0.0.0 beta and both have serious problems with audio/video sinchronisation in mobile generic and mobile pvp (I have not tried other possibilities). It would be important to have this problem solved in the new official release.

The same DVDs that present A/V sinch problems using DVDFab do not present problems at all using DVDx or Nero Recode.

Please list the titles/regions of the DVDs so the authors and others can see if the problem can be duplicated. Also, there is a special thread for a/v sync and other DVD to Mobile issues. Please post any additional information there so that it can be found easily.

No the Moderator is not going to get you. But I would appreciate it if we kept this thread to posting the problems or successes of DVD Fab beta 4.0.0.0. The icon is of no consequence, how ever how the program works is. Lets stay on topic please.

From the screenshot posted, it doesn't look like a new user interface to me. It just looks like a new skin. I'm not complaining (it looks nice) but I didn't see any new interface (from the screenshot). I haven't installed it yet, gonna wait until it's off Beta.

you can change the icon. Just right click on the icon go to properties you will see three tabs click on shortcut tab then go to change icon click on the one you want and hit ok then apply.
