Yes I keep strange hours since my retirement. Well I see that this thread has far exceeded the number of posts of all the other threads.
Question: I clicked on one of the advertisments on a thread for verbatim blank media but could not find any US English speaking info. Can you steer towards any web links with good prices. What works for you is ok to express on this forum.

    Mornin' guys

Won't be around much this weekend.
To add to Jim's blank media sites...

Always a great place to start is:
CD Freaks Bargain Basement for media, burners, etc., etc.
On Saturdays, ripit always posts the ads for the following weeks...BestBuy, Staples, OfficeMax, etc.,...and usually calls attention to good deals.
    Lottsa other folks post too.

Lately, I've had my wife pick up verbs +R (16X) MCC 004 000 (00) at BB for $12.99/50 pk...in New Hampshire (she's there 2x/week or so)...no sales tax, so it's about $0.26 each...

About 1-2 months ago, OfficeMax was selling verbs +R DL for about $12/10 pk...no sales tax and free shipping (I bought 140 of those suckers... )

For online sites, keep an eye out for the sales (some of the links may take to to verbs or TY's...just look around on the site):

    supermediastore
meritline (some folks don't like meritline...they've been known to substitute...say TYG03 instead of TYG02, but I've never had a problem.
Rima (not always cheap, but always reliable).
    BestBuy
    OfficeMax
    MicroCenter

If you guys spot somethin', give a holler. I'm always looking for an excuse to part with my $, especially for media, and other goodies...

    Have a great weekend.

    Tom

    Hi All,
I've heard alot of people referring to Registry cleaning. I even went to one site and tried that one but it only cleaned 50 or so items and said I still had around 550 more that needed cleaning but that I needed to buy there product first. Is there any free cleaners that work well and are they safe?
    Ron

Thanks Man, I just downloaded it to disc, think I may wait to try it. I'm scared. I may screw something up. Maybe Maineman will see this and offer some advice. Any and all comments welcome.

Ron it well not screw anything up, it will make a backup of your registry in case something does go wrong and you can restore every thing back BUT it is safe
There should be an option at the botton to take a backup make sure the box is checked
