DVDFab / DVD Region+CSS Free Discuss, DVD Fab Platinum 3.0.2.0 at Movie copy software forum; When I click on the ? mark and the "about", it still says the the version is 3.0.1.3. Is this normal? I loaded 3.0.2.0 over the previous version as per the instructions.

No, you're correct, it should say v.3.0.2.0.
I guess first off, I would reboot again, which you've probably done. If this fails, then I'd download the app again (new from Fengtao's site), save it and install. The app will prompt a reboot...hopefully that will do it.
