Crap in the menu VOBs

| On the newly released Disney DVD The Jungle Book, I noticed that there is something odd with the ripping of the menu VOBs. Cells that only contains pure black video is ripped. I also tried with the older Disney DVD Madagascar and on that one the bogous VIDEO_TS.VOB file was not ripped. Also checked the Sony DVD Spider Man 3 and on that DVD the bogous VIDEO_TS.VOB file was not ripped in either of the two tested programs. The VIDEO_TS.VOB file contains 40 minutes of black video in the PGC 11 and also the PGC 2 in VTSM 1 contains 20 minutes of black video. Around 615 MB of crap. I've tried with DVDFab Platinum beta 4.0.0.0 (Full Disc) and pathplayer enabled (even with enabled when needed, it was the same result).
