Recently my computer will turn off or reboot while encoding a cd using dvd shrink and dvd region+css free. This also occurs while using dvd decrypter and dvd region+css free. | I have a amd64x2 4600 computer with 2gb of ram. Recently my computer will turn off or reboot while encoding a cd using dvd shrink and dvd region+css free. This also occurs while using dvd decrypter and dvd region+css free. I thought it was my 500w antec power supply. I d/l DVD Fab and tried it and the computer did not reboot. Everything worked fine which makes me think this maybe a software issue more than hardware. Has anyone come across this or have a sloution. Thank you very much in advance! |

| The only time my computer acted that that was a problem due to corrupted RAM, I have since bought 2 X1 sticks of OCZ Platnium Ram and have had no problems.

| thanks. Can RAM go bad? If it is RAM, then why does the problem not reat when using dvd fab? I thought maybe there was something acting up with dvd region+css free. I have two sticks of 800mhz ddr2 ram 1gb ea running at 128 bit |
