To backup Wii games and play them without a mod chip, you will need to do the following:

dont fall for that junk, homebrew is free. they are just a rip off site. even it the products they are selling work. there are many good forums with helpful people which you can learn everything about the wii, just take the time to create a free account.

The only thing you should know about Wii backups, is that they are all a standard size: 4,699,979,776 bytes (4.37 GB). The empty space (space not taken by the game data) is filled with random junk data, meaning that the junk data was replaced with zeros or an equivalently compressible sequence. Consequently, you get something closer to the actual size of the game.

use a usb loader and only dump games you own. besides cISO games are even smaller than scrubbed.
