Have you made three copies during that two day period? The trial is for 3 copies or 10 days, which ever comes first. I've never heard of the trial period messing up, so no, it's not common if it's happened to you.

Yea, I made 3 copies....2 bad ones and finally 1 good one. Unfortunately it wasn't enough experience for me to want to buy it.

I highly recommend the regular 1Click 4.2.9.2 . I think its worth every penny.

It usually won't count failures. What was the problem with the first 2 copies. It is a good program and you will have to decide for yourself if you want it.

You did better than I; when I first tried 1Click I got 3 coasters out of 2 attempts.

I emailed 1Click support on "New Years Day" 1/1/2004 and within an hour had the author of the program email me back. After a few emails back and forth the same morning he (Gregory) was able to help me correct the problems with my system configuration and I purchased that same day. I have not produced one single coaster from that day on with regular 1Click. Now Pro is a different subject; it is still maturing and will soon become as stable as the regular version, I am sure of that.

You may also want to visit the 1Click forum; the folks there are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any problems you might be having.

1Click is the best investment I have made for 1Click backup type software.

Having used 1click for over a year, I would definatly say that its the EASIEST backup software to use. Most problems that one runs into - i would say 90% - are from what I have seen... user error.... or conflicting programs that are ran in the background.

1click support reply very quickly... or you can even ask us for help in the 1click forums. By "we" i mean other 1click users - we are a friendly bunch

I bought this program christmas day 2003 and have never looked back. it is one of the easiest programs to use. if you can give us a bit more info on the 2 failures.

what decrypter are you using ?
what media are you using ?
what do you have your burn speed set at ?

also hit F7 with 1click running and copy/past your log so we can have a look to see what could be causing your problems.

another thing if you have anythning like direct-cd or in-cd installed then this could be causing you problems.

1 of the problems is that I ripped 3 files to convert them from wmv files to dvd files and burn them as 1 file. Can 3 files be burned into 1?

1Click is not designed to do the sort of reauthoring I think you are describing.
