please see below my horrible test results
this DVD burned on Samsung SH-S203D SB01 patched using Nero discspeed create disk
and the results when tested with quality scan came like the figs
could anyone tell me why my burner behave in that way !! or it is the time to through it from window !!!

Hi eng_samy. Firstly you need to set your quality scan speed to 8x or 4x. Secondly the Samsung is not a particularly good drive for quality scans and thirdly Ritek media can be very poor quality media.Quote:Originally Posted by eng_samy

I would suggest trying an 8x burn of that media or some other media and then scan it at 8x or 4x. Also show us the burn scan as well.__________________

Making my way through every possible combination of firmware version/MCSE-swap, this SB01/RICOHJPN D01@MKM003 is the best so far w/ Falcon DL's . Like to improve the PIE's, but PIF's and jitter are respectable for a 10X burn.
