Samsung will not detect Roxio software
| Samsung Writer Discuss, Samsung will not detect Roxio software at CD and DVD Writers forum; I have a Samsung SE-S184M burner with Nero software that came with it. I have Window XP with Roxio CD Creator 5 software updated to burn data DVD. My burner detects the Nero but not the Roxio to burn a DVD. What is the problem and how to fix so |

| Version 5 is way too old a version.....

| Older Roxio versions were hard coded to recognise certain burners. This was quite a problem in those days as new burners were appearing on a regular basis and we had to wait for Roxio to issue the required updates. If you like Roxio get version 7 or 7.5 as these are the best, should be cheap on the likes of ebay. |
