Samsung SH-S182M Not burning

Samsung Writer Discuss, Samsung SH-S182M Not burning at CD and DVD Writers forum; After 7 months of burning dvds with this drive, I am not able to burn dvd5s or dvd9s. I was able to burn both burn failed dvds with a Sony DRX-830U. Getting technical support at SamSung if frustrating. Hope someone can help. Attached Files NeroRecode a.txt (10.2 KB, 5 views)

After 7 months of burning dvds with this drive, I am not able to burn dvd5s or dvd9s. I was able to burn both burn failed dvds with a Sony DRX-830U. Getting technical support at SamSung if frustrating. Hope someone can help.
