Problem updating TS-L632N from 0503 to SC0x

Hello i have tried and tried to update my firmware from 0503 to SC0x following advice from several webpages and the following link
http://club.myce.com/f105/howto-flas.../#.UDGeIEjuFOJ but i can't get it to work. I load the correct .bin file tried all SC firmwares from the korean site and all i get is download failed and restart windows. I was wondering if anyone had any last advice because seriously i am about to take it out and "update" its firmware with a sledgehammer.
