Well cool.. We always wait for a new release.. but we only see small changes and nothing new. About k3b, it's free, beautiful (qt) and has more features than nero.

However... Nero 7 on windows is a "killer application", the best burning software.

The deb for this and the previous version do no install correctly on Ubuntu 6.10
I think that this should be tested by the developers because Ubuntu is a great desktop
OS and I think most users of NeroLInux would be desktop users, why would would you install it on a server etc.

I wish they would offer something like that for Windows. Just the basic Nero Burning ROM program for $19.99...

mathf,
There's no 2.1.0.3 rpm available for download at the NeroLinux site. Can you post a link? It appears it has been pulled for download.

Thanks. .

Thanks for the response slee, but it's still not working.

I tried both ftp and http links and nothing.

On ftp I get 550 error code that file does not exist at that site.
On http I get file not found message.

I even went to http://httpdl2.use.nero.com/software/NeroLINUX/ and there's no listing for 2.1.0.3 rpm.

Same thing at ftp://ftp1.use.nero.com/software/NeroLINUX/. No listing for 2.1.0.3 rpm.

I've got an openSuse 10.2 DVD on its way to me and of course I'll be wanting to get NeroLinux up and running when it arrives since I prefer Gnome.

Mathf, can you provide any info?

Thanks.
