Nero Linux Discuss, mp4 in NeroLinux 3.5 ? at Nero & InCD forum; How to convert to .mp4/.aac in 3.5.0.1 ? I haven't found a plugin in recent NeroLinux, yet.

For converting mp4, you have to use -for the moment- the 32bit version of Nero Linux. Just select the Nero Digital Audio plug-in in the output format combo box.

Ok, thanks for pointing this out, but the curious thing is that i use the 32-bit version. I looked into the plug-ins folder and found a library called libNeroDigital.so, but it seems NeroLinux doesn't recognize it. I can't select it in the combo box.

Version 3.5.1.0 is out. Should fix this issue.
