Lost emails from CD-ROM formatted a floppy

Nero Linux Discuss, Lost emails from CD-ROM formatted a floppy at Nero & InCD forum; I saved emails from Eudora to a CD-ROM formatted as a floppy. But Eudora developed a corruption and all my emails disappeared. Only the mail box headings were left. However, before I realised what had happened, I deleted the previously saved emails from the CD-ROM and copied the emails from

I saved emails from Eudora to a CD-ROM formatted as a floppy. But Eudora developed a corruption and all my emails disappeared. Only the mail box headings were left. However, before I realised what had happened, I deleted the previously saved emails from the CD-ROM and copied the emails from Qualcomm/Eudora. Then I found I had copied only the headings.
Does someone know if I can retrieve the deleted emails and if so how?
Help would be much appreciated.
