help needed for installing linux

hello all

i have downloaed nerolinux
but how do i now install it

i downloaded the 2 versions-----deb and ram


when i click on to install ,the windows box appears asking which programme to use to install

What Linux are you using ? Try the following:
Open a Shell. Go to the directory where you have downloaded NeroLinux (cd Directory). Then try:
rpm -ihv NeroLinux*.rpm
and if this dows not walk use
dpkg -i NeroLinux*.deb

And then read a book about your Distro
