I love life...Yeah, I'm sad, but at the same time, I'm really happy that something could make me feel that sad. It's like...It makes me feel alive, you know. It makes me feel human. The only way I could feel this sad now is if I felt something really good before. So I have to take the bad with the good. So I guess what I'm feeling is like a beautiful sadness.

Courage and perseverance have a magical talisman, before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into air.

I am so glad that GWB's 8 year COD game is finally over.

But it's more than that, isn't it? The most important things lie close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you've said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while saying it. @ pepst: Is it brand new (and working)? The oldest computers I have are 2 C64's, a Nintendo (8-bit?) and an Olivetti 286 with 2 (yes 2) 3.5" floppy drives. (Might buy my old Atari ST4 back as I still have loads of games for it and a color monitor).

Today I bought a Philips Matchline VR-910 VCR:

I should've bought one a long time ago, now I can finally copy the old recordings to my PC.

No, it's about 17 years old, but still in perfect condition and almost unused.
BTW: nice VCR, I have always loved design of those Philips' models.

We used to get some Fuji TY in limited quantities.
As a proof, I had 2x25 Fuji packs with YUDEN000 T02; also video boxed and jewel cased Fuji 8x DVD+R contained TY about two years ago [in smaller quantities, of course, but it was around].

According to one report, a 50 pack of Sony MIJ DVD media has been found (with both round and octagonal spacer = most likely TY) in a Media Markt in Köln, Germany; but that was quite some time ago...

Don't forget that North America used to have Sony MIJ Sony!!

I doubt that contacting Verbatim America about releasing TY media helps; in fact price pressure is increasing and I believe TY will lose market share instead of winning it.
