WELL FOR ME BEST TOOL IS NORTON UNARASE WIZZARD. YOU7 CAN FIND IT IN NORTON UTTILITIES. IT HELPED ME LOT OF TIMES IN THE PAST. IT CAN EVEN FIND DELETED FILES EVEN THAT SPACE ON YOUR HARDRIVE REPLACED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. GIVE IT A TRY.
