msn music downloads unsecured?

| ok, i use the legal music service msn music, yeh i know it got drm, so i just burn it to a rw cd and then rip it again. anyway, what i did was copy/paste the url of the download page (view screenshot here) and then save it, then i deleted all my cookies and used "Privercy Eareser Pro", and then rebooted, so all the trace of the download had gone (i think), then i launched a new browser and copy/pasted the link back, and for some reason it let me start download (view screenshot here), and the file played fine. why is this? is it doing it by my ip adress or something? or is it just that M$ think the DRM liscences are all you need to secure there music? also would a mod/admin allow me to post the link so other people can see if the file will download? thanks, ben  ps. i dont know if this should be in the living room, so sorry if i have made a mistake
