hey all you cdfreakers...i know were not all from the u.s. here, but the following is floating around in email, and thought i would post it here. cdfreaks is a great community, and i know we all get frustrated sometimes because of the amount of time and energy we put into this site, but never seem to get that appreciation back.

so in the meantime, lets give it up for the mods/admins...and everyone else here at cdfreaks that makes this place such a welcoming community.

This is a good thing to do....Folks overseas need to know we are thinking of them.

I know not everyone supports the President's decision to target Iraq and many people have made the news lately protesting the potential war with Saddam. However, lets not forget the thousands of men and women who don't have that right to protest, but have a duty to defend that right; those people who have chosen to serve in our armed forces. This is easy enough, timely and certainly seems appropriate.

To All, Please visit the Department of Defense web page below and sign in thanking the men and women of the U.S. military services for defending our freedom. The compiled list of names will be sent out to our soldiers at the end of the month. So far, there are only about 3.9 million names .. from a national population of over 250 million. What a shame. National Military

I don't live in the US but my sister does, and my brother in law is in the Air Force.
